What you will do

• Support cloud-based customer deployments and system configurations.
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance.
• Execute and maintain PowerShell scripts for operational tasks and automation.
• Assist with SQL database backup, restore, and maintenance activities.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure and related services.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be based in E.S.T. or C.S.T. time zones.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and SQL querying.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
