What you will do

• Develop and implement the DevOps strategy in collaboration with the head of DevOps.
• Build automation tooling to ensure compliance with security requirements and certifications.
• Standardize infrastructure implementations across multiple products using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for builds and deployments using New Relic.
• Identify process bottlenecks and lead projects to improve SDLC efficiency.
• Facilitate code reviews and technical discussions to elevate the wider team's expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (East Coast).
• Extensive experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and state-based deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and abstractions like AKS/EKS.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or ADO.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
