What you will do

• Partner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Sales processes.
• Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions to improve case management and sales pipeline effectiveness.
• Advise clients on utilizing the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Canvas Apps, to automate workflows.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and provide live demonstrations for clients.
• Mentor junior consultants in D365 best practices and functional knowledge.
• Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and the Power Platform.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations focused on sales and customer service outcomes.
• Ability to lead client workshops and mentor junior team members.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for client interaction and workshop leadership.
