What you will do

• Assist management with month-end cost and revenue submissions.
• Perform forecasting of actuals versus budget and execute risk analysis (best, worst, and most likely cases).
• Analyze weekly cost ledgers using SAP and Power BI.
• Monitor subcontractor agreements, costs, and manage early warning notifications.
• Handle change management, including assessment and client notification of compensation events.
• Track labor costs and compile data for payment applications.

Requirements

• Experience with NEC 4 Option B Contracts.
• Background in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Grangemouth, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, specifically P14.
