What you will do

• Maintain and control accounting processes for a group of international companies.
• Manage primary documentation including invoices, acts, bank statements, and contracts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable while coordinating with sales managers on payments.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting providers and ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare documentation for external audits and resolve audit comments.
• Contribute to accounting process optimization and management reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of UAE/Dubai jurisdiction accounting.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or 1C.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and large dataset management.
• English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational financial tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with US, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, or Belarus jurisdictions.
• Background in fintech, crypto, or consulting.
