What you will do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across different business units and products.
• Track actual performance vs forecasts and assist in improving forecasting accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business and management decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Support monthly reporting processes, including income statements and cash flow tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and prepare materials for leadership and investors.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance, or accounting.
• Proficiency with financial/accounting software and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dubai.
