Learning & Development Intern (HR)

TL;DR

Learning & Development Intern (HR): Supporting the TSH Academy team in coordinating training initiatives and optimizing learning processes with an accent on program evaluation and material design. Focus on assisting with LMS management, organizing global onboarding sessions, and conducting research on L&D trends to enhance employee growth.

Location: Must be a student enrolled in an EU university and able to work from the Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

• Assist with the coordination and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and support process automation.
• Organize global onboarding sessions, including speaker coordination and logistics.
• Develop learning materials such as slide decks and e-learning modules.
• Analyze participant feedback to assess and improve training effectiveness.
• Conduct research on current L&D trends to support team innovation.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student in Hospitality, Education, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a similar field within the EU for the entire duration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Available for a minimum of 5 months starting in September 2026.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
• Ability to travel to the Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week.
