What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable technical solutions across multiple services using Go, Ruby, JavaScript, or C#.
• Collaborate with product management and design to build innovative security features aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentorship through thorough code reviews and pairing.
• Author architecture briefs and execute prototypes to ensure systems scale to a planetary level.
• Design robust APIs and leverage CI/CD tools to establish automated delivery pipelines.
• Own the long-term health of systems, including participating in on-call rotations to resolve production incidents.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, C#, Java, or Python.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (reduces required years of experience).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• 2+ years of experience using general-purpose languages like Go or Ruby.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud environments and CNCF concepts.
