Senior Product Manager (Content)

Location: Remote from Portugal or Poland

What you will do

• Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across ETG products.
• Own the end-to-end content pipeline from supplier data and matching through enrichment, rate processing, and user experience.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities using funnel data, content gaps, user research, and behavioral analysis.
• Partner with Development, ML/Data Science, analytics, Commercial, and Operations teams to manage scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Manage Product and Operations Managers, set success metrics, and develop team performance and capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products.
• Experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL, A/B testing, and metric design.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data and large-scale systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
