What you will do

• Define and own the content strategy, vision, and roadmap across all company products.
• Manage the end-to-end content pipeline, from supplier data ingestion to user-facing presentation.
• Drive product discovery by leveraging quantitative data and user research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering and ML/DS teams to prioritize the roadmap and ensure predictable delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product and Operations Managers to ensure execution quality and career growth.
• Set and track key success metrics including content quality, coverage, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically within data-heavy or content-driven domains.
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Experience working closely with ML/DS teams to leverage data for product improvements.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable business impact through product discovery and delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing team members.
• Proficiency in English for cross-functional collaboration.
