Senior Product Manager (GeoWay)

What you will do

• Drive improvements to routing, navigation, ETA prediction, and meeting experiences for drivers and passengers.
• Partner with Design and Research to create intuitive, accessible, and frictionless user flows.
• Align and manage complex product roadmaps involving multiple internal and external teams.
• Design and execute high-frequency A/B tests and conduct post-analysis.
• Interpret real-world user behavior and translate insights into product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in high-volume mapping, ride-hailing, or delivery businesses.
• Strong UX/UI judgment and the ability to evaluate designs from a conversion perspective.
• Base-level understanding of product architecture and client-backend interaction.
• Experience managing concurrent experiments, analyzing results, and applying statistics.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, evaluate risks, align teams, and make data-backed decisions.
• English proficiency at B2/C1+ level.
