TL;DR
Product Manager / Analyst — Analytics & ML (SQL/Python/ML): Owning merchant-facing analytics, experimentation methodology, and ML-powered product recommendations with an accent on semantic layers, statistical correctness, and recommendation quality. Focus on evaluating, monitoring, and improving recommendation systems, applying embeddings and LLM re-ranking, and translating real user needs into shipped products.

We’re looking for a senior individual contributor to own three critical areas: analytics, experimentation and ML-powered recommendations.
▫️What you’ll own:
— Merchant-facing analytics and the semantic layer
— A/B testing methodology and statistical correctness
— Product recommendations: evaluation, monitoring and improvement
You’ll work hands-on with SQL, Python, ML, Delta Lake / Trino / Spark and directly with the founder-CEO.
▫️What matters:
• Strong SQL
• A/B testing and statistics fundamentals
• Good judgment on modern ML: embeddings, vector similarity, LLM re-ranking
• Experience talking to real users and turning their needs into shipped product
