What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies.
  • Develop comprehensive research proposals, including methodology and value sections.
  • Create research materials and deliver presentations directly to clients onsite.
  • Manage fieldwork processes, including one-to-one interviewing and group moderation using exploratory techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify insights that drive organizational change.
  • Collaborate with APAC colleagues and Centres of Excellence to advance research methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of market research experience within an agency focusing on the pharma or medical device space.
  • Sound knowledge of mixed qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proven ability to convert raw data and insights into meaningful stories.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
