What you will do

• Execute the full billing cycle for assigned projects to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate directly with project managers to monitor financial performance and project budgets.
• Manage client communication to resolve billing issues and coordinate collection efforts.
• Maintain project-specific financial spreadsheets and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Assist with month-end revenue reviews and resolve aged work-in-progress (WIP).
• Drive process improvements to minimize billing and collection cycle times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 2-4 years of experience in project accounting or billing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex operational billing challenges.
• Proven experience supporting cross-functional projects and managing stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in the engineering or architecture industry.
• Proficiency with Deltek or ERP software.
