What you will do

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and technical standards of AI tools and platforms.
• Lead the technical response to changes in the AI tooling landscape and platform capabilities.
• Identify and resolve unstable or high-friction AI tooling operations to ensure durability and scalability.
• Improve visibility into AI platform usage, access administration, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate user needs into robust AI platform configurations.
• Provide leadership with clear insights into the performance and fragility of the AI tooling stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in Egypt
• Demonstrable experience in the operational management of technical platforms, specifically AI tools.
• Strong technical aptitude in LLM platform configuration, prompt/agent setup, and AI tool APIs.
• Ability to prioritize hard trade-offs and drive technical improvements to completion.
• High agency and strong ownership of technical operational outcomes.
• Clear, direct technical communication skills.
