What you will do
- Execute high-quality brand and campaign assets across web, lifecycle, social, decks, and one-pagers.
- Maintain and extend design sys plates and components to ensure consistency.
- Build and refine AI workflows to accelerate production without compromising quality.
- Prepare files for handoff, manage versioning, and ensure accuracy across all marketing surfaces.
- Collaborate with Content, PMM, and Growth partners to turn briefs into clean, effective output.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high design standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamentals in typography, layout, and hierarchy.
- Proven experience producing design across multiple formats in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort collaborating in shared files.
- Intentional use of AI tools within your own design and production workflow.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in tracking work and flagging blockers.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web design constraints and responsive thinking.
- Experience building or maintaining a design sys.
- Motion or interaction design fundamentals.
