What you will do

• Own and evolve the graphic design vision for campaigns, product marketing, and events.
• Manage and mentor a small team of graphic designers, providing actionable feedback and growth planning.
• Partner with the Creative Director to translate business goals into compelling visual systems.
• Contribute hands-on design work for high-impact creative needs and major initiatives.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Creative Operations to deliver integrated creative solutions.
• Champion emerging AI tools and workflows to elevate design quality, speed, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or brand design.
• 3+ years of experience in a people-management role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and storytelling across digital and social experiences.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no H-1B sponsorship available).
• Experience partnering with marketing teams on lifecycle and product marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML5 and/or CSS.
