Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base salary per annum

What you will do

• Lead the creation of UK-focused design assets across various platforms and marketing materials.
• Execute and evolve hirify.global’s new UK brand identity, maintaining clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work.
• Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers.

Nice to have

• Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals.
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX.
• Familiarity with design systems, brand libraries, and scalable templates.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production.
