What you will do
- Create visual assets for integrated campaigns across OOH, digital media, social media, emails, and website.
- Adapt existing campaign concepts into various print, digital, and motion formats.
- Design content for paid social, display advertising, and lifecycle communications to drive acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with Motion Designers on storyboards and visual concepts.
- Partner with Copywriters to ideate and create effective marketing content.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity and proactively experiment with AI tools.
Requirements
- Extensive background in graphic or brand design within marketing or advertising.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design capabilities across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Experience in print production, colour management, and OOH artwork setup.
- Ability to animate and apply motion to campaign assets.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (3 days per week).
Nice to have
- Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.
- Basic knowledge of app design and product experience.
- Experience with video editing in Premiere Pro.
- Experience with dynamic creative automation tools like Celtra, Bannerflow, or StoryTeq.
