• Own and drive full-cycle global recruitment across multiple regions and business functions.

• Develop and shape the global employer brand from the ground up.
• Drive structured hiring initiatives, including DEI and candidate experience improvements.
• Leverage talent insights and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in global, fast-paced Talent Acquisition environments.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and strategy.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and passive talent attraction.
• Experience leading TA transformation, including systems optimization and process improvement.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Ability to operate independently as a builder in an evolving environment.
