What you will do

• Lead cross‑functional Core Teams to execute project plans aligned with commercialization strategies.
• Develop integrated business and detailed commercialization plans based on market requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost targets, and ROI expectations.
• Partner with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Coach Core Team Leaders and members in project management methodologies and process adherence.
• Oversee resource allocation and high-level decision-making for product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-8 years of related experience in project execution and leadership.
• Experience working within matrixed environments.
• Proven track record in product development and commercialization processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ballina, Ireland.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Strong track record in stakeholder and influence management.
• Experience with advanced project management tools.
