What you will do

• Develop KPI-driven creative concepts across paid social, display, search, and OOH channels.
• Design and maintain scalable templates and modular design systems for rapid campaign deployment.
• Adapt and localize creative assets while ensuring strict compliance with financial promotion standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and visual direction.
• Optimize design workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaign design and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of performance marketing, conversion metrics, and audience targeting.
• Ability to work confidently within compliance-heavy frameworks.
• Must be based in eligible European regions (CEE, Baltics, Iberia, Mediterranean).
