What you will do

• Manage media assets and maintain filing systems for international productions using Dropbox.
• Deputise for production consultants on specific titles when required.
• Create and edit reels and short VT films for internal presentations and events.
• Support the Creative Network team with presentations and event management.
• Research and implement AI-driven efficiencies for daily production tasks.
• Ensure all content is thoroughly researched, accurate, and meets first-class standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the London office.
• Technical proficiency in production environments.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere for self-editing reels and short films.
• Strong interest in researching and implementing AI tools for production efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate resources and manage complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in self-shooting.
• Proficiency in using Canva for presentation design.
