What you will do

• Lead the creative design of all physical brand experiences, including trade show booths, event activations, and pop-ups.
• Define the spatial design language for the brand, ensuring consistent 3D and environmental executions.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, and detailed technical design specifications for experiential projects.
• Manage design delivery from concept to build, coordinating with stand builders, fabricators, and production vendors.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers and Video Producers to integrate digital screens and interactive elements into physical spaces.
• Oversee on-site production and installation for major global events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in event and brand environments.
• Ability to produce detailed technical drawings, build specifications, and vendor briefs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale event or stand design projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience working with fabricators, AV suppliers, and production vendors.
• Must be based in or able to work in London/EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B technology, cloud, or AI infrastructure events.
• Skills in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Familiarity with AR, interactive screens, and sensor-based experiences in physical environments.
• Experience managing global event programs across multiple markets simultaneously.
