TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing post-sale relationships for enterprise clients using the hirify.global platform with an accent on value realization, retention, and growth. Focus on driving adoption of Apple device management solutions, facilitating renewals, and collaborating with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities.

Location: Must be based in Australia with work authorization. Role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the Sydney office.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic account reviews, health checks, and planning sessions.
  • Facilitate the full renewal process, including forecasting, quoting, and negotiation.
  • Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and Customer Success platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia and have sponsorship to live and work in Australia.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with complex needs.
  • Familiarity with Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) and enterprise IT workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle, renewals, and customer health metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management solutions.
  • Technical acumen in MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree.
