Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product operations.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses.
• Solid analytical ability to validate ideas and inform product decisions.
• Strong user empathy and understanding of customer behavior.
