What you will do
- Develop experiments to reduce friction in the sharing of delightful moments.
- Design experiments to measure the lift when presenting habit choices.
- Create product experiments on completion rate and habit adoption.
- Measure tradeoffs on successful actions to optimize product growth.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to iterate on high-growth areas.
Requirements
- Steadfast focus on rapid experiment cycles for learning and prioritization.
- Proven experience prototyping and offering design improvements.
- Experience conducting user interviews and running pilots.
- Deep understanding of experimental design, from quasi-experiments to A/B tests.
- Knowledge of behavioral science theories applicable to product metrics.
- Solid understanding of statistics and/or econometrics.
Nice to have
- Ability to write clean and concise code in SQL, R, and/or Python.
