Behavioral Economist / Growth Product Manager

Location: France; fully remote

What you will do

• Develop experiments to reduce friction in sharing delightful moments.
• Design experiments that measure the lift from presenting different habit choices.
• Create product experiments focused on completion rates, habit adoption, and other growth metrics.
• Measure tradeoffs between successful product actions and competing outcomes.
• Support rapid experiment cycles to improve learning and prioritization in high-growth areas.

Requirements

• Experience in behavioral economics, growth, product experimentation, or a closely related field.
• Deep understanding of experimental design, including quasi-experiments and A/B tests.
• Knowledge of behavioral science theories and concepts applicable to growth and product metrics.
• Solid understanding of statistics and/or econometrics.
• Experience conducting user interviews and running pilots.
• Technical comfort or willingness to learn; ability to write clean, concise code in SQL, R, and/or Python is desirable.
