What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payment processing, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with payment providers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve user satisfaction.
• Optimize payment processing workflows to enhance speed, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
• Analyze payment trends and customer behavior to propose and integrate new payment methods.
• Monitor transactions to identify suspicious activity, working closely with fraud prevention and compliance teams.
• Implement advanced risk controls and strategies in adherence to AML and KYC requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in payment operations, fraud management, or risk management within fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention strategies, and risk management practices.
• Proven experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, and fraud detection systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across different specialties.
