What you will do

• Manage the AP cycle including invoice processing and approval workflows via Microsoft Dynamics.
• Perform credit card and PayCentral card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals and expense claim captures.
• Maintain weekly creditor reconciliation sheets and support DSR commission uploads.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, including invoice approvals within 24 hours and PO capture within 48 hours.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in accounts payable or finance administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable ERP system.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills applied regularly in a professional capacity.
• Must be based in South Africa.
