What you will do

• Architect and develop AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and modern LLM integration patterns.
• Build robust backend services for LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, and RAG pipelines.
• Design and implement resilient APIs and event-driven integrations connecting Salesforce, AWS, and internal systems.
• Lead technical discovery and delivery of complex customer experience initiatives from design to production.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and technical collaboration.
• Drive engineering excellence by championing CI/CD practices, observability, and operational reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in enterprise integrations or CRM-driven systems.
• Strong expertise in backend development using Python or Java, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).
• Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into production-ready applications.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API development, and maintainable architecture.
• Must be based in Poland with excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture (Apex, Lightning, Flow).
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and advanced RAG architectures.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or agentic workflows.
• Background in enterprise security, compliance, and data governance.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and advanced AWS services like SageMaker.
