What you will do

• Design and develop new features for multi-step peptide synthesis workflows.
• Enhance functionality for capturing reaction conditions and experimental outcomes.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate research workflows into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs for data processing.
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability of experimental records.
• Support deployment and maintenance activities in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
• Experience with backend architecture and microservices design.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Docker.
