What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading platforms and risk management systems.
• Build robust Python-based frameworks and integrate AI/ML tools into production workflows.
• Collaborate with traders, strategists, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Implement new features and enhancements to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Manage risks and strengthen controls within the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong Python 3+ skills including pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.
• Experience with architecture, OOP, databases, containers, and test-driven development.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools in production, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation.
• Familiarity with Git, CI, Docker, and MongoDB.
• Must be based in the Prague office.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and Express for internal tool development.
• Knowledge of mathematical finance (e.g., Black Scholes, Hull-White) and numerical computation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
