What you will do

• Support manufacturing reporting and KPI tracking activities
• Perform data extraction and validation using SQL queries
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring operational reports
• Support MES-related data workflows and maintain data hygiene standards
• Analyze production and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to enable data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset

Nice to have

• Exposure to manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with MES, ERP, or QMS systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms
• Basic scripting or automation experience with Python
