What you will do

• Drive and expand the Japan OTC trading business through commercial development and external relationship management.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of OTC trading, including counterparty onboarding, connectivity setup, and sales trading execution.
• Manage commercial arrangements and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, ETF issuers, and exchanges in Japan.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, event management, client meetings, and business documentation.
• Identify and support growth opportunities across the ETF and Digital Assets landscape in Japan.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial markets (sales trading, mid office, or ETF-related roles).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of ETFs, including market structure, liquidity dynamics, and trading mechanisms.
• Experience operating within Japanese financial markets and understanding of local business customs.
• Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with institutional counterparties and exchanges.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal.
