What you will do

• Own core systems end-to-end, including multi-model AI orchestration, financial data aggregation, and agent platform runtimes.
• Set the technical direction and make architectural decisions to scale the product to millions of users.
• Mentor and unblock mid-level engineers to raise the team's overall technical standard.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on architecture and ship production code on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production engineering experience.
• 2+ years of senior-level ownership of a consumer-scale product.
• Proven track record of shipping a product used by 1M+ people.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, AI/LLM at scale, mobile app architecture, or real-time data systems.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto for a 5-day in-office work schedule.
