What you will do

• Design and scale the Super Agent backend, managing complex state transitions and observability.
• Architect mission-critical data integration backbones connecting the platform to Mulesoft, Flow, and Data Cloud.
• Implement high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines for automated customer data synchronization.
• Build performant customer-facing APIs and webhooks, abstracting complex GraphQL endpoints.
• Orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical standards for backend architecture and AI-driven development.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years (Senior), 5+ years (Lead), or 8+ years (Principal) in backend engineering.
• Expertise in data modeling, DB performance tuning, API design, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Java, Python, or Go.
• Proven track record of building production-grade data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• AI-first approach: proficiency with AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and advanced prompt engineering.
• Related technical degree.

Nice to have

• Mastery of Golang, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with hirify.global technologies such as Mulesoft or hirify.global Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of event streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and Kubernetes.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
