What you will do

• Own the digital and AI procurement strategy in coordination with the Procurement Excellence and Transformation Team.
• Drive the delivery of AI initiatives to increase efficiency in sourcing, supplier management, and buying.
• Develop and operate AI governance frameworks covering ethics, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Define an enterprise AI enablement roadmap to translate priority use cases into measurable value outcomes.
• Partner with technology, data, and security teams to integrate AI solutions with ERP and source-to-pay platforms.
• Lead AI change management and build enablement programs to increase AI literacy across procurement teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in procurement, AI governance, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI architecture and models, including experience building agentic AI using tools like ChatGPT and Co-Pilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance (desirable).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical competence with a focus on critical thinking and attention to detail.
