What you will do

• Build and maintain secure, scalable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Implement business logic close to the data layer using PostgreSQL functions, triggers, and Supabase Edge Functions.
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Devin, Copilot) to accelerate feature delivery and build internal automation agents.
• Embed security best practices, including OAuth2/OIDC and Row-Level Security (RLS), into every layer of the application.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate customer pain points into intuitive features.
• Optimize relational data models and API contracts to support 10x–30x growth in customers and data.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and shipping production web apps with Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools to improve code velocity and quality.
• Strong backend and data modeling skills, preferably with Supabase or similar Postgres-based platforms.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of secure web application development and modern authentication/authorization.
