What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C digital engagement framework and customer adoption strategy.
• Manage omnichannel programs across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, social, and web personalization.
• Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys from acquisition through retention and advocacy.
• Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
• Leverage A/B testing, experimentation, and behavioral analytics to optimize digital programs.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success operations, B2C digital marketing, or digital engagement.
• Experience driving adoption and lifecycle programs in SaaS, insurance, healthcare, retail, or consumer tech.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Gainsight.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
