What you will do

• Design and deploy AI outbound workflows for account sourcing, research, prioritization, and personalization.
• Build production-ready workflows integrating Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, and various engagement tools.
• Reduce manual BDR efforts through automation while increasing targeting precision and activity scalability.
• Accelerate pipeline generation using signal-based prioritization and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on GTM workflows based on measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern GTM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, and outbound engagement platforms.
• Experience building workflows in tools such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, or Replit.
• Practical experience applying LLMs, prompt workflows, and structured outputs to GTM processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight scripting to connect systems.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales and RevOps.

Nice to have

• Understanding of agentic workflows, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks.
