Salary: $102,100 – $202,200 (Standard US), $133,800 – $219,200 (SF/NYC)

What you will do

• Design, analyze, and interpret end-to-end A/B experiments from hypothesis formulation to final decision.
• Define appropriate metrics, success criteria, and evaluation windows based on user behavior and business context.
• Identify and diagnose experimentation issues such as bias, interference, and power limitations.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate data analysis, exploration, and insight generation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to influence strategic direction using data.
• Contribute to shared standards and documentation to improve organization-wide experimentation.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; or Master's with 1+ year of experience; or Bachelor's with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with analytical programming languages such as Python or R.
• Solid foundation in applied statistics, including hypothesis testing and causal reasoning.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical results to non-technical audiences.
