What you will do

• Provide oversight for specific assets including long lease, multifamily, and life science properties.
• Develop and execute stabilized, value-added, and ESG-centric business plans.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting to assess property performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitive properties, and economic indicators to inform business recommendations.
• Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide operational insight and due diligence support.
• Coordinate with internal legal, accounting, tax, and insurance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience working at a real estate investment company or financial services firm.
• Proficiency in Excel, Argus, CoStar, Yardi, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago on a hybrid basis.
