What you will do

• Write and ship production code used by 150,000+ technicians weekly.
• Collaborate on architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning with senior and staff engineers.
• Develop onboarding and activation features to drive customer value (Growth).
• Build tools for large-scale enterprise customers managing thousands of workers (Enterprise).
• Optimize infrastructure reliability (Scale) or prototype intelligent AI-powered automation features (ML & AI).

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience with web or mobile development via coursework, personal projects, or prior internships.
• Comfortable working with TypeScript, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with React, React Native, or SQL.
• Ability to work hybrid from the Montreal office.
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions and code reviews.

Nice to have

• Exposure to GraphQL, MySQL, or AWS.
• Interest in AI/LLMs, including building experiments or studying research papers.
