What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day vendor operations by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to ensure efficient ad review.
• Manage relationships with vendor partners through regular business reviews and operational troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex, time-sensitive ad review issues affecting Sales.
• Translate policy guidelines into actionable enforcement checks, training, and workflow documentation.
• Refine and optimize vendor workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Ads Policy, Product, Engineering, and Safety teams to align on business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in advertising, tech, or social media.
• Experience managing vendor operations teams supporting ad review or sales functions.
• Strong skills in standardizing and optimizing internal processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work arrangement
