What you will do

• Design and develop integration experiences with a focus on end-user simplicity and developer experience.
• Build full-stack solutions across the hirify.global ecosystem, including back-end services and integrations with hirify.global primitives.
• Engage directly with users to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, partnerships, and engineering platforms.
• Manage regional market idiosyncrasies and serve as a regional expert for LATAM and North America.

Requirements

• 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
• Experience serving as a technical lead for teams shipping critical user-facing products.
• Ability to build extensible and leveraged software solutions that scale to various user needs.
• Strong command of verbal and written English language.
• Based in Sao Paulo.
• Experience working across different geographies.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in payments and payments technology.
• Previous experience using hirify.global products.
