What you will do

• Review client project setups to ensure accuracy for fees, rates, addresses, and VAT implications.
• Liaise with executive assistants and stakeholders to prioritize and manage invoicing workloads.
• Manage invoice priority based on WIP value, aging, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and issue monthly WIP reports to client-facing teams.
• Finalize client invoices in the Unit 4 billing system and handle adjustments, write-offs, and credit notes.
• Manage e-billing onboarding and upload invoices to client portals for approval.

Requirements

• Relevant billing experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Basic knowledge of European VAT rules in a B2B environment.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-growth environment.
