What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on consumer growth, membership, monetization, and platform strategy.
• Shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for emerging consumer products and experiences.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Own and launch 0-to-1 initiatives and strategic programs from concept to execution.
• Develop strategic frameworks, market analyses, and financial models to support executive decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to automate processes and improve decision-making velocity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy, growth, product strategy, or business operations within high-growth consumer tech companies.
• Proven track record with consumer-facing products, monetization strategies, or creator platforms.
• Ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY.
