What you will do

• Lead the creation and management of assigned products from concept through mass production.
• Define product specifications that balance consumer needs, market opportunities, and innovative technologies.
• Partner with Insights & Intelligence teams to incorporate consumer testing feedback into the development cycle.
• Manage product cost structures and collaborate with supply chain teams on sourcing strategies.
• Mentor junior product developers and interns to support their professional growth.
• Act as a consumer advocate in all product and process decisions to ensure 5-star experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, or human factors engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience mentoring or collaborating with junior team members.
• Strong consumer-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
