What you will do

• Manage the overall conduct of assigned clinical studies, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Drive on-time performance and defect-free execution by collaborating with recruiting, data management, and statistics divisions.
• Organize and facilitate study initiation, pre-study, in-process, and post-study review meetings.
• Solve operational problems during study conduct and manage study logistics and personnel.
• Cultivate client relationships and handle internal and external client requests.
• Ensure study profitability through strict budgeting, expense control, and report editing.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in study management techniques and tools.
