• Lead high-priority projects in the APAC region to drive growth and market expansion.
• Assist the CEO and country managers in identifying and pursuing new partnerships and product innovations.
• Support business development efforts across user acquisition and product development.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to align objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, or business strategy roles.
• Ability to lead and execute projects independently while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Must be based in Tokyo and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
