What you will do

• Review all source data and ensure accurate entry into respective databases and Case Report Forms (CRF).
• Perform comprehensive quality control (QC) reviews according to study-specific timelines and criteria.
• Verify that clinical source data is complete and collected in accordance with GCP, FDA guidelines, and company SOPs.
• Execute data entry and verification for both hirify.global standard and sponsor-provided EDCs.
• Archive source documentation, including CRFs, and manage QC/DE dedicated milestones.
• Collaborate with auxiliary teams during study setup, conduct, and data cleaning phases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tempe, AZ for onsite work
• High School Diploma or GED (relevant internal experience may be considered in lieu).
• 1-2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, Data Entry, or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
